Seating: For Main Platform sessions, a section has been reserved in the front of the room for members with special needs who have indicated this on their meeting registration.
Mobility Equipment: Scooter and wheelchair rentals are available through Scootaround. Visit their website to reserve equipment and review pricing. The attendee is responsible for the cost of renting mobility equipment.
Attire for the Annual Meeting is business casual. We suggest you research the location of the meeting for weather and dress accordingly. A pair of comfortable walking shoes is recommended.
Group Housing: Hotel room blocks may be available at some official MDRT hotels. Please send all inquiries to meetings@mdrt.org.
Group Buses: If you are organizing transportation for your group/company, note that motor coaches and buses require a permit from MDRT to drop off or pick up at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Please submit a permit request to the provided email by May 3, 2025. After processing, you'll receive a permit with assigned location and time for drop-off/pickup.

Simultaneous interpretation at the MDRT Annual Meeting is offered through an innovative interpretation platform that attendees access through their personal devices like smartphones, iPads, tablets and/or laptops. Attendees will need to bring their own device and their own headsets/earbuds to access interpretation.
English is the official language of the 2025 MDRT Annual Meeting. However, some Main Platform presentations will be presented in multiple languages; therefore, all attendees will need to access the interpretation through their personal devices.
MDRT provides simultaneous interpretation for Main Platform, select Focus Sessions and Special Sessions in languages other than English when at least 50 registered members have requested interpretation in a common language for a maximum of 12 languages. Requests for simultaneous interpretation must be made at the time of registration. The deadline to request interpretation is April 27, 2025.
