Seating: For Main Platform sessions, a section has been reserved in the front of the room for members with special needs who have indicated this on their meeting registration.

Mobility Equipment: Scooter and wheelchair rentals are available through Scootaround. Visit their website to reserve equipment and review pricing. The attendee is responsible for the cost of renting mobility equipment.

Attire

Attire for the Annual Meeting is business casual. We suggest you research the location of the meeting for weather and dress accordingly. A pair of comfortable walking shoes is recommended.

Badge Swapping Prohibited

Sharing or swapping your official MDRT Annual Meeting badge is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their badge confiscated, be expelled from the meeting, and reported to the MDRT Bylaws and Ethics Committee, which may lead to membership revocation.

Groups

Group Housing: Hotel room blocks may be available at some official MDRT hotels. Please send all inquiries to meetings@mdrt.org.

Group Buses: If you are organizing transportation for your group/company, note that motor coaches and buses require a permit from MDRT to drop off or pick up at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Please submit a permit request to the provided email by May 3, 2025. After processing, you'll receive a permit with assigned location and time for drop-off/pickup.

Health and Safety

MDRT considers the safety of all meeting attendees our top priority and will continue to follow the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to host an in-person event that is safe for all in attendance.

MDRT Code of Ethics

Members of the Million Dollar Round Table should be ever mindful that complete compliance with and observance of the Code of Ethics of the Million Dollar Round Table shall serve to promote the highest quality standards of membership. These standards will be beneficial to the public and the insurance and financial services profession. Therefore, members shall:

Always place the best interests of their clients above their own direct or indirect interests.
Maintain the highest standards of professional competence by seeking to maintain and improve professional knowledge, skills and competence.
Hold in strictest confidence, and consider as privileged, all business and personal information pertaining to their clients' affairs.
Make full and adequate disclosure of all facts necessary to enable clients to make informed decisions.
Maintain personal conduct which will reflect favorably on the insurance and financial services profession and the Million Dollar Round Table.
Determine that any replacement of an insurance or financial product must be beneficial for the client.
Abide by and conform to all provisions of the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they do business.

Group Housing and Event Space

Please refer to the Miami Beach off-site venue document for assistance in finding group housing and event space. Group events should not be scheduled to conflict with any official MDRT Annual Meeting sessions or activities.

Non-MDRT Sponsored Events

Outside organizations often sponsor their own events concurrently with the MDRT Annual Meeting. MDRT does not sponsor these events. Only the events listed in the schedule are sponsored by MDRT. MDRT claims no responsibility for the other events.

Outside Food and Beverage Prohibited

No one, including company affiliates and tour groups, is allowed to bring outside food and beverage into the Miami Beach Convention Center or official MDRT hotels. It is strictly prohibited, per their policy.

Simultaneous Interpretation

Simultaneous interpretation at the MDRT Annual Meeting is offered through an innovative interpretation platform that attendees access through their personal devices like smartphones, iPads, tablets and/or laptops. Attendees will need to bring their own device and their own headsets/earbuds to access interpretation.

English is the official language of the 2025 MDRT Annual Meeting. However, some Main Platform presentations will be presented in multiple languages; therefore, all attendees will need to access the interpretation through their personal devices.

MDRT provides simultaneous interpretation for Main Platform, select Focus Sessions and Special Sessions in languages other than English when at least 50 registered members have requested interpretation in a common language for a maximum of 12 languages. Requests for simultaneous interpretation must be made at the time of registration. The deadline to request interpretation is April 27, 2025.

PGA Volunteer Kickoff

Volunteers must attend the PGA Kickoff on Saturday, June 21, at 4:30 p.m., so plan to arrive in Miami Beach in time to hear a special presentation, receive important details regarding your assignment and meet others on your team. All volunteers must be MDRT members. Doors open at 4 p.m.
