Registration

• Fees subject to change.
• All funds must be in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Registration will be open until the meeting reaches capacity, at which time registration will close.

Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to Maritz at mdrt@maritz.com to be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellation requests received on or before April 23, 2026: 100% registration fee paid, less a USD 100 administration fee
• Cancellation requests received April 24 through May 7, 2026: 50% registration fee paid, less a USD 100 administration fee
• Cancellation requests received May 8, 2026, and after: No refunds

If your visa request has been denied OR if you are unable to secure the necessary appointment to obtain a visa, you are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee if your request is received no later than May 8, 2026.

All requests must be submitted individually and sent via email to mdrt@maritz.com.

Refund requests must include your MDRT ID# and the official denial letter from the U.S. Consulate OR a screenshot of the Consulate website showing no visa appointments are available. MDRT will not process requests for information without this documentation.
