Those eligible to register are 2025 MDRT members, 2025 MDRT Center members, 2025 MDRT Agency Manager Program members, 2025 MDRT Academy members and 2025 MDRT Mentoring Program mentees.

ADA Information

Attendees may submit ADA requests by completing that section during the registration process. An MDRT representative will contact you based on the information you provide.

Refund Information

Refunds

Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to Maritz at mdrt@maritz.com to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests received on or before May 8, 2025: 100% registration fee paid, less a USD 100 administration fee
Cancellation requests received May 9 through May 22, 2025: 50% registration fee paid, less a USD 100 administration fee
Cancellation requests received May 23, 2025, and after: No refunds
Ticketed and prepaid events: No refunds May 23, 2025, and after

Visa Denial Refund

If your visa request has been denied OR if you are unable to secure the necessary appointment to obtain a visa, you are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee if your request is received no later than May 23, 2025.

All requests must be submitted individually and sent via email to mdrt@maritz.com.

Refund requests must include your MDRT ID# and the official denial letter from the U.S. Consulate OR a screenshot of the Consulate website showing no visa appointments are available. MDRT will not process requests for information without this documentation.
