Primary Venues

The primary venue of the 2025 MDRT Annual Meeting is the Miami Beach Convention Center. There also will be events at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Official MDRT Hotels

The combine luxury and convenience to enhance your meeting experience. When you stay at an official MDRT hotel, you will be at the center of activities, sessions and events. All hotels are located within walking distance of the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Official housing and registration for the 2025 MDRT Annual Meeting will open March 18, 2025.

  • Register and book housing early to take advantage of the discounted MDRT hotel rates. MDRT hotels sell out quickly and availability is not guaranteed.
  • Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through July 2025 is required to confirm your reservation. Members are able to reserve one room.

  • The deadline to book a room at an official MDRT hotel is May 29, 2025, unless the room block sells out sooner.
