The primary venue of the 2026 MDRT Annual Meeting is the Anaheim Convention Center. There will also be sessions and events at the Anaheim Marriott and Hilton Anaheim.
The official MDRT hotels combine luxury and convenience to enhance your meeting experience. When you stay at an official MDRT hotel, you will be at the center of activities, sessions and events. Both hotels are located within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center.
Official housing and registration for the 2026 MDRT Annual Meeting will open March 17, 2026.

Register and book housing early to take advantage of the discounted MDRT hotel rates. MDRT hotels sell out quickly and availability is not guaranteed.
Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through July 2026 is required to confirm your reservation. Members are able to reserve one room.
The deadline to book a room at an official MDRT hotel is May 18, 2026, unless the room block sells out sooner.
Please be aware that Maritz is the only official housing provider for the MDRT Annual Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates. However, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of any unauthorized solicitation and report any issues or suspicion to MDRT.
