Official MDRT Hotels
The official MDRT hotels
are conveniently located within walking distance of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in the Seaport District
. The Seaport District is the fastest growing and newest neighborhood in Boston and is part of the Port of Boston on Boston Harbor. All contracting for multiple guest rooms will be handled between the group and the hotel. Special MDRT rates are not guaranteed.
Requests for Meeting Space

Therefore, adherence to health and safety protocols will be mandatory.
Private Transportation & Bussing
Motor coaches and buses will not be allowed to drop off or pick up at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) without a permit. There is no charge for this permit. However, all requests for boarding space are on a first-come, first-served basis. The application for permits will be made available on this site by March 31, 2022. This application must be completed in order for your group to be assigned a time slot, boarding location and vehicle permit. All applications must be submitted by May 2, 2022.

There are many dining options located within the Seaport District and within walking distance of the convention center and hotels.
Unattended Personal Items and Luggage
For the safety of all attendees, security will confiscate and remove any personal items left unattended. Luggage will not be allowed inside MDRT session rooms or meeting space.
