Pádraic Ó Máille is one of Ireland’s freshest speakers on business and motivation. During the global economic recession from 2009 to 2013, many of his clients found themselves facing a tsunami of emotional, financial and physical turmoil. Ó Máille determined the most important quality required to survive the recession was “smacht,” the Irish word for discipline. He then spent the next three years helping 300 business owners set clear goals, commit to action plans and find people to hold them accountable.
