Roy Tuscany is the founder and CEO of the High Fives Foundation, a national nonprofit that helps athletes and veterans recover from life-changing injuries and return to the sports they love. An aspiring professional skier, he suffered a spinal cord injury in a 2006 ski accident. Inspired by his recovery support, he founded the organization in 2009 to pay it forward. He now advocates for the adaptive community and outdoor sports.
