The MDRT Academy may be designed for individuals who haven’t yet reached MDRT, but it’s also helpful for MDRT members who train or manage junior advisors to learn how to implement the Academy and how the Academy provides support for those in training roles. Cullen shares an overview of the Academy’s tools and resources as well as an exploration of Trainer HQ — a website designed to help trainers guide advisors on their MDRT Academy journeys.
Robert Cullen, FSCP, MBA, has been in the financial services profession since 2007. He specializes in retirement planning, college savings plans, general investment plans, cash value life insurance and annuities. With prior experience as a financial analyst, Cullen holds a bachelor's degree in financial management and a master’s degree in accounting and management information systems. He is the recipient of the highly coveted Farmers Insurance Presidents Council Award and currently serves as Chair of the MDRT Academy’s North American Task Force.
