Minoru Kanai is an executive life planner at Prudential Life Insurance Company. With a 20-year career in the life insurance business, he specializes in estate/inheritance planning, business succession and employee benefits, particularly for business owners. Before joining the business, he worked for a medical device manufacturer, specializing in the cardiovascular field. The experience he cultivated in the medical field helped him transition to his life planning role, supporting his clients personally and their business continuity. He is a recipient of the Prudential Life Insurance Company's Kiyo Sakaguchi Golden Heart Memorial Award and his company-wide Core Value Award. He is a graduate of Sapporo Gakuin University, Faculty of Law.
