Sometimes we choose our challenges, and sometimes our challenges choose us. What we decide to do about them, Pollock says, is what counts. He explains how to maintain a resilient mindset under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities to achieve more than you thought possible.
Mark Pollock inspires leaders and their teams to build resilience, optimize performance and collaborate effectively to achieve more than they thought possible. Unbroken by blindness in 1998, Pollock became an adventure athlete, competing in ultra-endurance races, and the first blind person to race to the South Pole. Since 2010, left paralyzed by a fall, he has catalyzed collaborations worth over USD 100 million to help cure paralysis. He is a Wings for Life ambassador, was on the board of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and is the subject of the documentaries “Blind Man Walking” and “Unbreakable — The Mark Pollock Story.”
