Many people strive to keep their professional and personal lives separate. This session explores a different perspective—viewing work as a natural extension of life within a community. By moving beyond rigid boundaries and engaging with others not only as colleagues but also as friends, individuals can cultivate deeper connections and a more meaningful experience of work and life. The speaker will share personal insights and examples of how this integrated approach can be transformative.

Koji Morita joined a multinational telecommunications company in 2001. In 2010, he transitioned to his family’s property and casualty insurance agency, where he launched and led a life insurance business in a regional city of 180,000. Morita then established a multi-product agency and independent company, and now works as an independent financial advisor supporting clients’ comprehensive asset planning.
