Dunn’s unique journey gives him a rare vantage point on how people reclaim their sovereignty, break through plateaus and intentionally engineer their future. He shares the hard-earned lessons he experienced in the arenas of competition, strategy and leadership, providing a blueprint for relentless excellence, system-driven execution, strategic decision-making and resilience under pressure.

Damon Dunn grew up in a three-bedroom trailer with 10 people, relying on hunting and fishing for food. In high school, he was an all-state football player and was awarded a scholarship to Stanford University. While there, Dunn served as executive director of the East Palo Alto Stanford Summer Academy, providing tutoring and mentorship to underprivileged Latino and African American students. Upon graduation, he played in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys, and founded the Fighting Giants Ministry to support children with life-changing injuries. Today, he is the CEO of Sagan Sign Talent.
