Member demand for guest rooms in Vancouver is extremely high, and availability has become very limited at the official MDRT Annual Meeting hotels. However, many other lodging options are available near the Vancouver Convention Centre. After registering for the Annual Meeting, if official MDRT hotels show no availability for your desired reservation dates, we recommend using the aRes Housing System for alternate bookings.
aRes is an MDRT and Maritz approved travel planning (third-party) provider and can be found on the housing portion of the Annual Meeting Registration site.
